Certificate / SSL expiry audit.
Audits the LocalMachine certificate stores (My, CA, Root, TrustedPublisher) for expired and expiring-soon certs, and optionally connects to remote hosts to check the presented SSL/TLS certificate. Thresholds: Critical < 30 days, Warning < 90. The counterpart to ARTIFACT.
