TPM, BitLocker, and Autopilot readiness.
Reads the TPM (presence, spec, manufacturer, ownership, ready state), cross-references which BitLocker protectors actually depend on the TPM, and verifies the Endorsement Key is readable. Produces a red/yellow/green verdict for Windows 11, BitLocker, and Autopilot gating. The counterpart to TOTEM.
