Disk space & stale profile audit (read-only).
Read-only sibling to PURGE — inspects physical-disk health, per-volume capacity with low-space flags (Warning < 15%, Critical < 5%), and detects user profiles unused for N days. Performs no cleanup; pair with PURGE to act on findings. A read-only subset of THRESHOLD.
