Pre-reimaging profile backup.

Creates a compressed ZIP backup of a user profile before a machine is reimaged or wiped. Archives Desktop, Documents, Downloads, media, Outlook data, signatures, and browser bookmarks to a local path or UNC share, stages via Robocopy, uses .NET ZipFile (no 2 GB limit), and writes a plain-text manifest inside the archive.
