Certificate health monitor.
Surfaces expiring and expired certificates before they cause outages. Audits the local cert stores (My, Intermediate, Trusted Root, Trusted Publisher), classifies each as Expired / Critical < 30d / Warning < 90d / Healthy, and runs SSL/TLS expiry checks against any host:port list. Exports a full HTML inventory.
