CONDUIT

Windows Update connectivity diagnosis and repair.

Diagnoses the "We couldn’t connect to the update service" failure before any download begins — WSUS pointer and blocking policies, whether they come from domain or local Group Policy, the WinHTTP proxy, Windows Time, reachability of WSUS and the Microsoft Update endpoints, and update-service start types. Audit is read-only; Repair backs up the policy key first and only removes a stale WSUS pointer when it is safe to; ResetCache also rebuilds SoftwareDistribution and catroot2. -WhatIf previews every change. Run it before RESTORATION.
