Inventories the SharePoint Online estate in a single bulk read via the usage-report endpoint, so the audit completes in one round trip at any tenant size. Reports the tenant sharing policy plus per-site storage, file count, owner, and external-sharing flag, and derives large (100GB+), external-sharing, ownerless, and stale (180+ day) sites.
