Windows Update automation.

Automates Windows Update detection, install, and reboot handling with minimal intervention. Disables sleep for the run and restores it on exit, ensures NuGet and PSWindowsUpdate are present, installs available updates (drivers excluded), and prompts only when a reboot is required — with a cancellable 30-second countdown. -WhatIf lists pending updates without installing. If the update client cannot reach a service at all, run CONDUIT first.
