Reads design vs full-charge capacity, cycle count, voltage, and chemistry, then runs powercfg /batteryreport to enrich with serial, manufacture date, capacity history, runtime estimates, and AC/DC totals. Saves the Microsoft battery report alongside its own. Skips cleanly with no battery. The counterpart to PYRE.
